摘要
装配式建筑以其高效环保的特点成为建筑业的重要发展方向。而建筑智能制造技术的应用,正在为装配式建筑带来新的变革。智能制造技术正深刻影响和改变着建筑行业。装配式建筑作为建筑业转型升级的重要方向,与智能制造技术的结合正释放出巨大潜力。本文通过案例分析,揭示了BIM、机器人施工、3D打印等智能制造技术在提升装配式建筑设计精度、施工效率、环保水平等方面的重要作用,并展望了未来发展前景和即将面对的挑战。
With their high efficiency and environmental advantages,prefabricated buildings have become a key direction for the construction industry.The application of intelligent construction manufacturing technologies is now driving a new wave of transformation.These technologies are profoundly reshaping the sector,and their integration with prefabricated construction is unleashing enormous potential.Through case studies,this paper demonstrates how BIM,robotic construction,and 3D printing enhance design accuracy,construction efficiency,and environmental performance in prefabricated buildings.It also outlines future prospects and emerging challenges.
