As global environmental issues become increasingly prominent,sustainable development in the construction sector has attracted widespread attention.Focusing on the practical application and specific functions of green construction technology,this paper conducts an in-depth case study based on the business practices of residential communities.It demonstrates the significant benefits of green construction technology in energy conservation,environmental protection,quality improvement,and economic efficiency.The study also analyzes key application points and challenges encountered in project implementation,aiming to provide both theoretical guidance and practical reference for the wider adoption of green construction technologies in the industry.
