摘要
在构建多元化食物供给体系的背景下,我国农产品质量监测正经历从“保安全”向“强营养、促发展、可持续”的转型。本文基于大食物观的理论框架,系统分析农产品质量监测的拓展对象、指标维度和现实挑战,结合国内外前沿技术和政策实践,提出构建全域覆盖、多源融合、营养全面、协同共享的农产品质量监测体系的路径,为推动农业高质量发展提供技术支撑。
With the diversified food supply system,Chinese agricultural product quality monitoring is undergoing a transformation from“safe”to“nutritive,developing and sustainable”.Based on the concept of big food,this study systematically analyzes the expanded objects,index dimensions and practical challenges of agricultural product quality monitoring.Combined with the cutting-edge technologies and policy practices,it proposes the path for building a new monitoring system that covers the entire region,integrates multiple sources,provides comprehensive nutrition and features collaborative sharing.The better system would provide technical support for national food security and high-quality agricultural development.
