摘要
针对小常煤业矿区裂隙带形成及水害问题突出,深部煤层开采导致裂隙带贯通上覆含水层,形成强导水路径,严重威胁矿井安全生产问题,基于矿区实际地质条件,研究煤层开采裂隙带的形成规律及演化机制,提出裂隙封堵、防渗截水及智能监测预警系统等水害防治技术,利用COMSOL Multiphysics软件模拟水害防治技术的实施效果。结果表明,技术应用显著改善了裂隙带的渗透性和矿井涌水情况,为深部煤层裂隙带控制与水害防治提供了科学依据和实践指导,对类似矿区的安全生产具有重要借鉴意义。
In view of the problems such as fissure zone formation and prominent water hazard problem,deep coal seam mining resulting in the penetration of the fissure zone through the overlying aquifer,forming strong water conducting paths in the mining area of Xiaochang Coal Industry,which seriously threaten the safe production of the mine.Based on the actual geological conditions of the mining area,the formation law and evolution mechanism of coal seam mining fissure zones are studied,water hazard prevention and control technologies such as fissure sealing,anti-seepage and water interception,intelligent monitoring and early warning system and others are proposed.The implementation effect of water hazard prevention and control technology is simulated using COMSOL Multiphysics software.The results show that the application of technology significantly improves the permeability of fissure zones and the water gushing situation of the mine,provides scientific basis and practical guidance for the control of deep coal seam fissure zones and water hazard prevention and control,and has an important reference significance for safe production of similar mining areas.
