摘要
未来产业技术作为新质生产力的核心驱动力,正加速向各产业领域覆盖和赋能。未来产业技术对农业发展有着变革性影响,其影响机理涉及生产要素渗透、链条模式延展、价值体系重构以及产业生态协同的多个层面,并通过赋能生产、经营、产业三大体系,推动农业高效能跃迁、全要素流动和高价值业态培育等方面发挥影响作用。基于未来产业技术对农业发展影响的内涵逻辑和机理分析,具体从以未来产业技术引领农业科技创新、升级农业生产场景、延展农业链条业态、赋能农业品牌建设、支撑农业绿色发展、培育农业创新人才和引导农业要素高效配置等七个方面提出路径优化策略。
Future industry technologies serve as a core driving force of new quality productive forces and are increasingly being integrated into and empowering various industrial sectors.Future industry technologies exert transformative and profound impacts on agricultural development,and its impact mechanism involves multiple aspects such as the penetration of production factors,the extension of industrial chains and models,the reconstruction of value systems,and the coordination of industrial ecosystems.By empowering production systems,operational systems,and industrial systems,future industry technologies facilitate efficient agricultural transformation,promote the smooth flow of agricultural production factors,and foster the emergence of high-value agricultural formats.Based on an analysis of the connotation logic and underlying mechanisms of how future industry technologies influence agriculture,this paper proposes seven optimized development pathways,including leading agricultural sci-tech innovation,upgrading agricultural production scenarios,extending industrial chain formats,empowering agricultural brand building,supporting green agricultural development,nurturing agricultural innovation talent,and guiding the configuration of agricultural production factors.
