摘要
目的:本研究旨在汇总住院患者失眠评估与管理的最佳实践证据,以助于改善患者的睡眠质量,并为临床护理人员提供实用的参考依据。方法:通过计算机检索JBI、Up to date、PubMed、国家知识基础设施数据库(CNKI)等数据库,搜集2014年10月至2024年10月期间发布的关于住院患者失眠评估与管理的指南、专家共识、立场声明、临床决策、最佳实践、证据总结、系统评价和Meta分析等文献。由研究小组成员对筛选出的文献进行严格的方法学质量评估,随后进行证据的提取和综合分析。结果:研究共纳入17项研究,包括2篇指南、2篇专家共识、1篇立场声明、5篇临床决策、1篇证据总结和6篇系统评价。研究内容涵盖了住院患者失眠的评估方法、住院环境的改善以及非药物干预措施,共总结出21条相关证据。结论:本研究对住院患者失眠评估与管理的证据进行了全面分析,为护理人员在临床实践中提供了参考。鉴于纳入的证据源自多个国家,护理人员在应用这些证据时,应结合患者的具体情况,考虑证据的适用性和实施的可行性。
Objective:To summarize best-practice evidence for insomnia assessment and management in hospitalized patients,providing practical guidance for clinical nursing staff to improve sleep quality.Methods:Using computer searches of databases such as JBI,Up to date,PubMed,and CNKI,we collected literature on the assessment and management of insomnia in hospitalized patients from October 2014 to October 2024,including guidelines,expert consensus,position statements,clinical decisions,best practices,evidence summaries,systematic reviews,and meta-analyses.Two researchers independently appraised methodological quality and extracted evidence.Results:A total of 17 studies were included in the study,including 2 clinical guidelines,2 expert consensus papers,1 position statement,5 clinical decisions tools,1 evidence summary,and 6 systematic reviews.The research covers assessment methods for insomnia in hospitalized patients,improvement of hospital environment,and non pharmacological intervention measures,with a total of 21 relevant pieces of evidence summarized.Conclusion:This evidence summary provides comprehensive guidance for insomnia management in hospitalized settings.Nurses should tailor interventions according to patients′specific contexts while considering feasibility of implementation.
