摘要
由于规模化牧场的利润空间压缩,促使牧场的运营思维需快速转变。本文主要围绕奶牛日粮配方的执行展开研究。针对高产与中(低)产日粮转换,考虑单产、奶价、饲喂成本等因素建立模型,明确转换条件及临界成本核算方法,并分析应激致奶量下降问题。研究表明,合理设置配方并执行可显著实现降本增效,但需兼顾奶牛营养等多方面,未来应融合AI与物联网等新兴技术实现精准饲喂,提升牧场效益。
The shrinking profit margins of large-scale dairy ranches have prompted a rapid shift in the operational mindset of the ranches.This paper mainly focuses on the research of the implementation of dairy cow diet formulas.For the conversion between high-yield and medium(low)-yield diets,a model is established considering factors such as milk yield,milk price,and feeding costs.The conversion conditions and the calculation method of critical costs are clarified,and the problem of milk yield decline caused by stress is analyzed.The research shows that reasonable formulation and implementation of the formula can significantly achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement,but multiple aspects such as the nutrition of dairy cows need to be taken into account.In the future,emerging technologies such as AI and the Internet of Things should be integrated to achieve precise feeding and improve the efficiency of dairy ranches.
