氮磷比对近海盐藻砷吸收代谢的影响

Effects of nitrogen-phosphorus ratio on arsenic uptake and metabolism in coastal Dunaliella salina

摘要 微藻作为海洋初级生产者的重要组成部分,其吸收和转化砷的过程对于维持海洋生态系统的平衡至关重要.同时,由于砷沿食物链传递,对人类健康也构成一定的威胁.陆源和干湿沉降氮的大量输入,导致海洋氮磷比严重失衡,但目前氮磷比变化对海洋微藻吸收和转化砷的影响仍不清晰.通过对模式微藻盐藻(Dunaliella salina)细胞生长、叶绿素荧光参数、总砷含量及砷形态、砷吸收转运相关酶测定,探究氮磷比对盐藻的生理响应及砷代谢机制.结果表明:氮磷比对盐藻吸收转化As^(Ⅴ)有显著影响.在高磷条件下,适当增加氮浓度可以促进无机砷向有机砷的转化;而在低磷条件下,增加氮浓度则促进了盐藻对砷的吸收和转化.研究结果为了解海洋生态系统中砷的生物地球化学循环以及评价海洋中砷的生态及健康风险提供了重要的参考和依据. Microalgae,as an important component of marine primary producer,the process of their absorption and transformation of arsenic is crucial for maintaining the balance of marine ecosystems.Meanwhile,as arsenic is transmitted along the food chain,it also poses a certain threat to human health.The massive input of nitrogen from terrestrial sources and dry-wet sedimentation has led to a serious imbalance in the nitrogen-phosphorus ratio in the ocean.However,the impact of changes in the nitrogen-phosphorus ratio on the absorption and transformation of arsenic by marine microalgae remains unclear at present.By measuring the cell growth,chlorophyll fluorescence parameters,total arsenic content and arsenic form,and arsenic absorption and transportation-related enzymes of the model microalgae-Dunaliella salina,the physiological response of the nitrogen-phosphorus ratio to Dunaliella salina and the arsenic metabolism mechanism are explored.The results show that the ratio of nitrogen to phosphorus has a significant effect on the absorption and transformation of AsⅤby Dunaliella salina.Under high phosphorus conditions,appropriately increasing the nitrogen concentration can promote the transformation of inorganic arsenic to organic arsenic.Under low phosphorus conditions,increasing the nitrogen concentration promotes the absorption and transformation of arsenic by Dunaliella salina.The research results provide important references and basis for understanding the biogeochemical cycle of arsenic in marine ecosystems and evaluating the ecological and health risks of arsenic in the ocean.
