摘要
【目的】选育配合力强、优质、不育起点温度低的水稻两用核不育系,为两系杂交水稻选育提供优质亲本。【方法】用1892S作母本与Y58S杂交,再与360S复交,经4年8代选育出优质籼型光温敏核不育系兴1S。【结果】2022年9月兴1S通过贵州省农作物品种审定委员会技术鉴定,其株型紧凑,花时集中,花粉不育度99.45%,套袋自交不育度99.99%,不育起点温度低(23.5℃),稻米品质优,达部标优质一等食用稻标准,测配组合产量表现优。兴1S与自育恢复系贵香578配组的迟熟籼型杂交水稻兴两优578,口感好、食味佳、米质优,宜在贵州省海拔1100m以下区域种植,2023年兴两优578通过贵州省农作物品种审定委员会审定(审定编号:黔审稻20230021)。【结论】兴1S配合力强,异交结实率高、柱头外露率高,米质达部标一级,属于优质水稻光温敏核不育系。
【Objective】The dual-purpose genic male sterile.rice line with strong combining ability,high quality and low sterile starting temperature was bred to provide the quality parents for breeding of two-line hybrid rice.【Method】Xing 1S,a new indica PTGMS line,was bred from the combination of 1892S(♀)×Y58S(♂),followed by a backcross with 360S after 8 generations of 4 years.【Result】Xing 1S was approved by Guizhou Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in September 2022.The pollen sterility,bagged self-sterility percentage and sterility starting temperature of Xing 1S were 99.45%,99.99%and 23.5℃respectively.The rice quality of Xing 1S reached the ministry standards NY/T 593—2021 for first-class excellent rice.The yield performance of its testing combinations was excellent.Xingliangyou 578 with the advantages of good taste,excellent eating quality and superior rice quality,a late-maturity indica hybrid rice variety from the combination of Xing 1S×Guixiang 578(a self-bred restorer)could be cultivated in the areas at altitudes below 1100 m in Guizhou.Xingliangyou 578(Approval No.:Qianshen Dao 20230021)was approved by Guizhou Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in 2023.【Conclusion】Xing 1S with the advantages of strong combining ability,higher crossbreeding setting percentage,high exerted stigma rate and superior rice quality belongs to a good PTGMS line.
