摘要
以陕西省为例,对其农村产业融合发展水平进行测度,分析了陕西省农村产业融合存在的问题,并提出相关建议。结合模糊综合评价法与层次分析法,构建陕西省农村地区产业融合发展的评价指标体系,对陕西省农村地区产业融合发展情况进行测度和分析。结果显示,陕西省农村产业融合发展总水平、融合绩效及融合行为评分逐年升高,但是农业产业链延伸和农村经济繁荣2项评分总体表现较差。表明农村产业融合发展推动了当地的农业增产、农民增收和农村的发展,进一步说明当地农村产业融合的相关政策和措施有效。但是应进一步加强农业产业结构的建设,改善农村居民生产生活条件及缩小城乡差距。
This paper takes Shaanxi Province as an example to measure the development level of its rural industrial integration,analyzes the problems of rural industrial integration in Shaanxi Province,and puts forward relevant suggestions.Using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive method,constructs an evaluation index system for rural industrial integration,and evaluates the situation of rural industrial integration in Shaanxi Province.The results show that the overall level,integration performance,and integration behavior score of rural industrial integration development in Shaanxi Province have been increasing year by year,but the overall performance of agricultural industry chain extension and rural economic prosperity scores is relatively poor.This indicates that the integration of rural industries has promoted local agricultural production,increased farmers’income,and rural development,further demonstrating the effectiveness of relevant policies and measures for rural industrial integration in the area.However,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of agricultural industrial structure,improve the production and living conditions of rural residents,and narrow the urban-rural gap.
