摘要
[目的]以高附加值的鲜食蚕豆替代蔬菜,筛选并接种高效固氮和高适配性根瘤菌,有助于促进烟-豆连作体系的可持续发展。[方法]针对玉溪当地主栽蚕豆品种“云早15”和外引品种“陵西一寸”,设置2组盆栽试验。从采自云南省的10株具有不同遗传背景的根瘤菌中,筛选高效结瘤和高适配性菌株;比较3种不同栽培基质对高效菌株结瘤固氮的影响。测定茎叶干重、根干重、叶绿素含量、根瘤数和瘤干重。[结果]与不接种的对照相比,接种上述菌株后根瘤数、瘤干重、蚕豆茎叶干重、根干重和叶绿素含量均显著提高。土著品种“云早15”与菌株YX-2_26、WS-1_13、YL-1_23和YL-1_35的共生效果显著优于其他6个菌株;而外引品种“陵西一寸”则与菌株YX-2_26、WS-1_13和WS-1_18共生效果较好。与纯蛭石基质栽培相比,YX-2_26和WS-1_13混合菌剂在纯土壤基质中显著提高了根瘤数、瘤干重、蚕豆茎叶干重、根干重和叶绿素含量。[结论]筛选到了2个具备开发为广谱高效且适应能力强的复合蚕豆根瘤菌剂的菌株,为针对云南地区根瘤菌剂开发应用提供了优质种质资源。
[Objective]The substitution of vegetables with faba beans,coupled with the screening and inoculation of highly efficient nitrogen-fixing and broadly adaptive rhizobia,holds promise for fostering the sustainable development of vegetable-tobacco continuous cropping.[Method]Two pot experiments were conducted,employing two faba bean varieties cultivated in Yuxi City,which named“Yunzao No.15”(YZ-15)and“Lingxiyicun”(LX-1).High-efficiency and high-compatibility rhizobia from 10 rhizobia strains with diverse genetic backgrounds were screened.For designated efficient rhizobia strains,a comparison of the effects of three different culture substrates on nodulation and nitrogen fixation was carried out.The shoot dry weight,root dry weight,SPAD,nodule number and nodule dry weight were measured.[Result]Compared with the control,the nodule number,nodule dry weight,shoot dry weight,root dry weight and SPAD of faba bean were significantly increased after inoculation with the above 10 rhizobia strains.The symbiosis between“Yunzao No.15”with YX-2-26,WS-1-13,YL-1-23 and YL-1-35 exhibited significantly better effects than with the other 6 rhizobia strains,while the symbiosis of“Lingxiyicun”with WS-1-13,YX-2-26 and WS-1-18 was more favorable.Co-inoculation of WS-1-13 and YX-2-26 demonstrated excellent nodulation and nitrogen fixation effects in soil substrate that better than those in vermiculite substrate,leading to a significant increase in nodule number,nodule dry weight,shoot dry weight,root dry weight and SPAD.[Conclusion]This study successfully screened two rhizobia strains with high efficiency,broad-spectrum compatibility and strong adaptability,providing high-quality germplasm resources for the development and application of faba bean rhizobia inoculant in Yunnan Province.
