摘要
随着全球宠物行业的蓬勃发展,传统蛋白质原料短缺与可持续发展需求之间的矛盾日益凸显。在此背景下,开发昆虫蛋白原料逐渐成为行业焦点。黑水虻(black soldier fly,BSF)作为一种新型的可持续蛋白资源,具有将有机废弃物转化为蛋白质、氨基酸与脂质等丰富营养物质的特性,其体内丰富的月桂酸、抗菌肽和几丁质等功能性成分对宠物健康有着积极影响,因此在宠物食品领域展现出巨大的应用潜力。然而,BSF宠物食品的开发仍面临着食品安全性缺乏行业标准、生产加工方式不成熟、法律法规尚未完善和消费者接受度较低等诸多挑战。文章系统地综述了BSF在宠物食品领域应用的研究进展,总结并分析了不同日龄BSF的营养价值,及其在提高宠物免疫和抗菌能力、辅助宠物减肥等方面的特殊功能,同时探讨了BSF在宠物食品中的消化率和适口性,以期为开发营养含量丰富、经济价值高、安全性能好的宠物食品提供参考。
With the vigorous development of the global pet industry,the contradiction between the shortage of traditional protein raw materials and the demand for sustainable development has become increasingly prominent.Against this back⁃ground,the development of insect protein raw materials has gradually become a focus of the industry.as a new type of sustainable protein resource,the black soldier fly(BSF)has the characteristic of converting organic waste into rich nutrients such as proteins,amino acids,and lipids.Its abundant functional components such as lauric acid,antimicrobial peptides,and chitin have a positive impact on pet health,thus demonstrating great development potential in the pet food field.However,the development of BSF-based pet food still faces many challenges,including the lack of industry standards for food safety,immature production and processing methods,imperfect laws and regula⁃tions,and low consumer acceptance.This paper systematically reviews the research progress on the applica⁃tion of BSF in the pet food field.It summarizes and analyzes the nutritional values of BSF at different ages,as well as its special functions in improving pet immunity and antibacterial ability,assisting pet weight loss,etc.,while discussing the digestibility and palatability of BSF in pet food.It is expected to provide a refer⁃ence for the development of pet food with rich nutritional content,high economic value,and good safety per⁃formance.
