摘要
随着我国养猪业的快速发展,饲料资源短缺和饲料成本上升的问题日益突出。生物发酵饲料具有提高饲料营养价值及消化率、促进动物生产性能、改善动物健康等作用,在替代优质饲料原料方面有广阔的应用前景。文章就生物发酵饲料的概念、分类、利用优势及其在猪生产中的应用情况和当前存在的问题进行综述,以期为生物发酵饲料在猪生产中研究和应用提供理论依据。
With the rapid development of pig farming industry in our country,the problems of feed resource shortage and rising feed costs have become increasingly prominent.Biological fermented feed has the func⁃tions of improving the nutritional value and digestibility of feed,promoting the production performance of animals,and improving animal health.It has broad application prospects in replacing high-quality feed raw materials.This article reviews the concept and classification of biological fermented feed,its utilization advantages,its application status in pig production,and the current existing problems,with the aim of pro⁃viding a theoretical basis for the research and application of biological fermented feed in pig production.
