摘要
大模型在自然语言处理和知识推理方面展现出强大的能力,为警务工作提供了新的技术支撑。大模型技术在公安领域有广泛应用的潜力,有助于解决警察执法面临的信息获取滞后且分散、决策难度大、公众信任度低与警力难以满足警务需求等困难。基于大模型的智能警情处置应用框架,包括应用层、模型层、数据层和硬件层。应用层实现证据收集、案件分析和案后处理能力;模型层采用DeepSeek-R1等基础模型,构建智能体协作机制;数据层通过增量预训练、强化学习和检索增强生成(RAG)技术提升模型性能;硬件层由中心服务器和手持终端组成,提供强大的数据处理能力。大模型在公安领域的应用能够显著提升信息处理效率、精准打击犯罪、优化警力部署,从而增强公共安全和群众满意度。
With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,large language models(LLMs)have demonstrated tremendous application potential across various fields,bringing revolutionary changes to police law enforcement.To comprehensively explore the empowering role of large models in public security and policing,this paper first analyzes the technical characteristics and application scenarios of large models,and discusses how they can assist officers in on-site law enforcement in response to the major challenges currently faced in police work.Finally,the study proposes an inteligent incident management system architecture based on large models,aiming to enhance the efficiency,accuracy and safety of policing operations.
