某工业园区土壤重金属污染特征和健康风险及源解析

Characteristics,Health Risks and Source Analysis of Soil Heavy Metal Pollution in an Industrial Park

摘要 【目的】了解某工业园区土壤重金属污染现状及来源。【方法】对某工业园区主要工厂周围土壤中铬(Cr)、铜(Cu)、砷(As)、镉(Cd)、锌(Zn)、铅(Pb)和镍(Ni)等7种重金属含量进行了检测分析。依据青海省土壤背景值,采用地累积指数、污染负荷指数和健康风险评价方法评价重金属污染程度,并使用多元统计分析方法和绝对主成分-多元线性回归(APCS-MLR)模型对污染源进行定量解析。【结果】7种重金属含量平均值均超出青海省土壤背景值,Zn、As和Cd更是超出农用地土壤污染风险筛选值,所有元素含量均在研究区东部存在高值区。地累积指数评价结果显示75%的采样点存在污染,其中Cd污染最为严重。污染负荷指数评价结果平均值达到了强度污染水平,所有采样点均在中度污染及以上。健康风险评价表明成人和儿童的非致癌风险排序为:Cr>As>Pb>Cd>Ni>Cu>Zn,且存在一定的非致癌风险,致癌风险儿童(3.12×10^(-4))>成人(7.92×10^(-5)),其中As是致癌风险贡献率最大的元素。研究区土壤重金属污染源主要有3种,它们是工业生产活动源(25.5%)、工业生产活动和自然因素的综合源(55.5%)以及交通源(18.0%)。【结论】该工业园区受Cd污染土壤面积最大、程度最重,评价结果显示园区土壤整体上达到中度污染及以上水平,As的致癌风险贡献率最大;源解析结果表明污染物主要来自于工业生产活动,应加以防治。 [Objective]The aim was to investigate the status and sources of heavy metal pollution in soil in an industrial park.[Method]The contents of Cr,Cu,As,Cd,Zn,Pb and Ni in the soil around the main factory in an industrial park were detected and analyzed.Based on the soil background value of Qinghai Province,geo-accumulation index,pollution load index and health risk assessment methods were used to evaluate heavy metal pollution,and multivariate statistical analysis method and absolute principal component multiple linear regression(APCS-MLR)model were used to quantitatively analyze the pollution sources.[Result]The average content of seven heavy metals exceeded the background value of soil in Qinghai Province,and Zn,As and Cd exceeded the soil pollution risk screening value of agricultural land,and the contents of all elements had high values in the eastern part of the study area.The evaluation results of the geoaccumulation index showed that 75%of the sampling points were polluted,and the Cd pollution was the most serious.The average value of the evaluation results of the pollution load index reached the intensity pollution,and all the sampling points were moderately polluted or above.The health risk assessment showed that the non-carcinogenic risk of adults and children was ranked As Cr>As>Pb>Cd>Ni>Cu>Zn,and there was a certain non-carcinogenic risk,and the carcinogenic risk of children(2.89×10^(-4))>adults(8.13×10^(-5)),and As was the element with the largest contribution rate to carcinogenic risk.There are three main pollution sources of heavy metals in the soil of the study area,which are the sources of industrial production activities(25.5%),the combined source of industrial production activities and natural factors(55.5%)and the traffic source(18.0%).[Conclusion]The industrial park had the largest area and the heaviest degree of soil contaminated by Cd.The evaluation results showed that the soil in the park had reached the level of moderate pollution or above on the whole,and the contribution rate of carcinogenic risk of As was the largest.The source analysis results showed that the pollutants mainly came from industrial production activities and should be prevented.
