基于大规模制氢和碳交易的综合能源系统优化调度研究

Research on Optimal Scheduling of Integrated Energy System Based on Large-scale Hydrogen Production and Carbon Trading

摘要 针对含氢综合能源系统氢能自给率低而导致的系统整体成本过高问题,提出了一种基于大规模制氢与碳交易机制的综合能源系统优化调度方法。首先,将大规模制氢、氢冶金及加氢站引入系统,充分利用风光出力作为大规模制氢的主要能量来源,实现新能源与氢能供给的高效衔接;然后,引入碳交易机制,构建以系统总成本最小化为目标的优化模型,并采用粒子群算法求解,以实现碳减排与成本控制。算例仿真结果表明:1)所提优化模型降低了系统总成本,提升了系统风光消纳水平;2)引入大规模制氢,提高了系统氢能自给率,减少了外购依赖并增强了自身调度灵活性;3)碳交易机制的引入增加了系统额外收益。 Aiming at the problem of high overall system cost due to low hydrogen self-sufficiency of hydrogen-containing integrated energy systems,an optimal scheduling method for integrated energy systems based on large-scale hydrogen production and carbon trading mechanism is proposed.Firstly,large-scale hydrogen production,hydrogen metallurgy,and hydrogen refueling stations are introduced into the system,making use of wind and solar power as the primary energy sources for large-scale hydrogen production,and realizing efficient integration between renewable energy and hydrogen supply.Then,the carbon trading mechanism is introduced,an optimization model is constructed with the objective of minimizing the total system cost,and particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm is used to achieve carbon emission reduction and cost control.Simulation results demonstrate that:1)the proposed optimization model reduces the total cost of the system and improves the wind and solar power consumption level;2)large-scale hydrogen production is introduced to improve the self-sufficiency rate of hydrogen energy in the system,reduces the dependence on external purchase and enhances the scheduling flexibility of the system;3)the introduction of carbon trading mechanism increases the additional income of the system.
