打叶复烤线片烟喷施S-烯虫酯对烟草甲的防治效果

Efficacy of S-methoprene Spray Application on Leaf Stripping and Re-drying Lines for Control of Lasioderma serricorne

摘要 为明确打叶复烤线喷施S-烯虫酯对烟草甲的防治效果及对烟叶品质的影响,在实验室内测试片烟喷施不同浓度的S-烯虫酯对烟草甲的生物活性,并采用专用喷雾器在打叶复烤过程在线喷施S-烯虫酯,分析其对烟草甲的防治效果及对烟叶化学成分、感官质量的影响。结果表明:(1)当片烟S-烯虫酯浓度为1.25 mg/kg时,烟草甲羽化率为7.78%;浓度大于5 mg/kg时,羽化率为0。(2)打叶复烤线片烟喷施15 mg/kg S-烯虫酯7 d后,接入烟草甲的平均羽化率仅为2.49%(对照为93.33%);片烟存放1年后,平均羽化率为3.07%。(3)打叶复烤线喷施S-烯虫酯对烟草甲成虫的抑虫效果在95%以上。(4)打叶复烤线喷施15 mg/kg S-烯虫酯对烟叶化学成分和感官质量无明显影响。通过打叶复烤线喷施S-烯虫酯,可有效防治烟草仓储害虫。 To determine the control efficacy of spraying S-methoprene against tobacco beetle(Lasioderma serricorne)and its impact on the quality of tobacco leaves during stripping and re-drying process,laboratory tests were conducted to detect the biological activity of various concentrations of S-methoprene sprayed on tobacco strips against tobacco beetle,and S-methoprene was sprayed using specialized sprayer during leaf stripping and re-drying process for analyzing control efficacy against tobacco beetle,as well as the chemical compositions and sensory quality of tobacco strips.Results showed as the follows.(1)The emergence rates of tobacco beetle reached 7.78%when the concentration of S-methoprene was 1.25 mg/kg,while the emergence rates exhibited zero when the concentration was over 5 mg/kg.(2)Seven days after the spraying of 15 mg/kg S-methoprene on the leaf stripping and re-drying line,the emergence rate of tobacco beetle introduced averaged only 2.49%(compared to 93.33%in the control group),and one year after the storage of flue-cured tobacco treated with S-methoprene,the average emergence rate was 3.07%.(3)The inhibitory efficacy of S-methoprene sprayed on the leaf stripping and re-drying line against adult tobacco beetle was over 95%.(4)Spraying 15 mg/kg S-methoprene on leaf stripping and re-drying line had no significant impact on the chemical compositions and sensory quality of tobacco leaves.The application of S-methoprene via spraying on the leaf stripping and re-drying line can effectively control tobacco storage pests.
