摘要
当前建筑数字化发展趋势越来越明显,智慧城市建设已经成为提升城市竞争力和居民生活质量的关键战略。商住楼是城市建筑群落的重要构成部分,其智能化集成设计已经逐渐成为智慧城市建设的一大核心。本文以广东省梅州市平远县某商住楼项目为例,研究商住楼建筑智能化系统的集成方案,重点分析智慧城市背景下安防系统、能源管理系统、设备运维系统及信息交互系统的集成路径,以期为智能建筑设计提供参考依据。
Currently,the trend of building digitalization has become increasingly evident,and the construction of smart cities has emerged as a key strategy for enhancing urban competitiveness and improving residents'quality of life.Commercial-residential buildings,as an essential component of urban building clusters,have seen their intelligent integrated design gradually become a core aspect of smart city development.Taking a commercial-residential building project in Pingyuan County,Meizhou City,Guangdong Province as a case study,this paper explores the integrated solutions for the intelligent systems of commercial-residential buildings,with a focus on analyzing the integration pathways of security systems,energy management systems,equipment operation and maintenance systems,and information interaction systems in the context of smart cities,in order to provide reference for intelligent building design.
