摘要
目的探究基于循证的预见性护理对ICU重症机械通气患者的呼吸道感染的预防效果。方法选取该院2021年5月至2023年5月收治的117例ICU机械通气患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组58例、对照组59例。观察组采用基于循证的预见性护理,对照组实施常规护理。结果观察组呼吸道感染率显著低于对照组;观察组机械通气时间、ICU住院时间均显著低于对照组;观察组PaO2、SaO2显著高于对照组,PaCO2显著低于对照组;观察组护理技术、护理态度、健康教育评分均显著高于对照组。结论基于循证的预见性护理整合了风险识别、动态干预、多防控策略,能够阻断病原体定植、传播路径,降低患者呼吸道感染率,改善氧合功能,缩短治疗周期,在重症机械通气患者的感染防控中具有临床推广价值。
Objective To explore the preventive effect of evidence-based predictive nursing on respiratory tract infections in ICU critically ill mechanically ventilated patients.Method 117 ICU mechanically ventilated patients admitted to the hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were randomly divided into an observation group of 58 cases and a control group of 59 cases using a random number table method.The observation group received evidence-based predictive care,while the control group received routine care.Result The respiratory infection rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group;The mechanical ventilation time and ICU stay in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group;The observation group had significantly higher PaO2 and SaO2 than the control group,and significantly lower PaCO2 than the control group;The nursing techniques,attitudes,and health education scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group.Conclusion Evidence based predictive nursing integrates risk identification,dynamic intervention,and multiple prevention and control strategies,which can block pathogen colonization and transmission pathways,reduce respiratory infection rates,improve oxygenation function,shorten treatment cycles,and have clinical promotion value in infection prevention and control of critically ill mechanically ventilated patients.
