摘要
目的:探析结直肠癌患者血清白介素-26(IL-26)、白介素-4(IL-4)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、水平变化及意义。方法:回顾性分析2022年6月—2024年9月在上海市青浦区中医医院接受诊治的86例结直肠癌患者的临床资料,比较不同临床特征患者的血清IL-26、IL-4、LDH指标水平,分析血清IL-26、IL-4、LDH指标与结直肠癌不同临床特征的相关性。结果:不同临床分期、淋巴结转移情况和分化程度结直肠癌患者的IL-26、IL-4、LDH比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中临床分期越高的患者IL-26、IL-4、LDH指标水平越高,转移患者的IL-26、IL-4、LDH指标水平高于未转移患者,分化程度越低的患者IL-26、IL-4、LDH指标水平越高。IL-26、IL-4、LDH指标与结直肠癌患者临床分期呈正相关关系(r>0,P<0.05);IL-26、IL-4、LDH指标与结直肠癌患者的淋巴结转移情况和分化程度呈负相关关系(r<0,P<0.05)。结论:结直肠癌患者血清IL-26、IL-4、LDH水平变化可反映患者病情情况,IL-26、IL-4、LDH指标水平越高则表示结直肠癌患者临床分期越高,淋巴结转移风险越高,分化程度越低。
Objective:To explore the changes and significance of serum interleukin-26(IL-26),interleukin-4(IL-4),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)levels in patients with colorectal cancer.Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 86 patients with colorectal cancer who were diagnosed and treated in Qingpu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Shanghai from June 2022 to September 2024.The levels of serum IL-26,IL-4,and LDH indicators in patients with different clinical characteristics were compared,and the correlations between serum IL-26,IL-4,and LDH indicators and different clinical characteristics of colorectal cancer were analyzed.Result:There were statistically significant differences in IL-26,IL-4 and LDH among colorectal cancer patients with different clinical stages,lymph node metastasis conditions and differentiation degrees(P<0.05).Among them,the higher the clinical stage of the patients,the higher the levels of IL-26,IL-4 and LDH indicators.The levels of IL-26,IL-4 and LDH indicators in patients with metastasis were higher than those in patients without metastasis.The lower the degree of differentiation in patients,the higher the levels of IL-26,IL-4 and LDH indicators.The indicators of IL-26,IL-4 and LDH were positively correlated with the clinical stage of patients with colorectal cancer(r>0,P<0.05).The indicators of IL-26,IL-4 and LDH were negatively correlated with the lymph node metastasis and differentiation degree of patients with colorectal cancer(r<0,P<0.05).Conclusion:The changes in the levels of serum IL-26,IL-4 and LDH in patients with colorectal cancer can reflect the condition of the patients.The higher the levels of IL-26,IL-4 and LDH indicators,the higher the clinical stage of the patients with colorectal cancer,the higher the risk of lymph node metastasis and the lower the degree of differentiation.
