中式面点产业链食品安全风险预警与监管优化路径研究

摘要 中式面点是饮食文化的重要组成部分,但其复杂的产业链带来诸多食品安全隐患。传统监管模式因数据孤岛效应、跨部门协同不足及响应迟滞等问题,难以实现风险的全链条动态管控。本文在系统分析中式面点产业链食品安全风险成因的基础上,提出中式面点产业链食品安全风险预警机制构建措施、食品安全监管优化路径及保障措施,以期形成覆盖全链条的风险防控闭环,切实保障中式面点食品安全,促进产业健康发展。 Chinese pastry is an important component of food culture,but its complex industrial chain brings many food safety hazards.The traditional regulatory model is difficult to achieve dynamic risk control throughout the entire chain due to issues such as data silos,insufficient cross departmental collaboration,and delayed response.Based on a systematic analysis of the causes of food safety risks in the Chinese pastry industry chain,this article proposes measures for the construction of a food safety risk early warning mechanism in the Chinese pastry industry chain,an optimized path for food safety supervision,and safeguard measures,with the aim of forming a risk prevention and control loop covering the entire chain,effectively ensuring the safety of Chinese pastry food,and promoting the healthy development of the industry.
