摘要
为使重型卡车适用复杂的环境,提出了一种单筋单槽新断面弹簧扁钢热轧型材。根据单筋单槽弹簧扁钢的特点分析了成品轧件受力特点、设计孔型、轧制规程,同时剖析了生产难度及提出了解决方案。通过生产验证,成功开发了单筋单槽扁钢,填补了国内单筋单槽扁钢产品生产空白。
To make heavy-duty trucks suitable for complex environments,a new type of single-ribbed and single-groove cross-section spring flat steel hot-rolled section is proposed.Based on the characteristics of single-ribbed single-groove spring flat steel,the force characteristics of the finished rolled piece,the design hole type and the rolling procedure were analyzed.Meanwhile,the production difficulty was dissected and solutions were proposed.Through production verification,single-ribbed single-groove flat steel was successfully developed,filling the domestic production gap of single-ribbed single-groove flat steel products.
