数实融合赋能新质生产力——基于技术创新和产业结构优化的中介作用

The Integration of Digital and Real Economies Empowers New Quality Productive Forces:The Mediating Effects Based on Technological Innovation and Optimization of Industrial Structure

摘要选取2012-2022年中国30个省份的面板数据,构建数实融合和新质生产力的指标体系,实证检验数实融合对新质生产力的影响机理。结果表明,数实融合正向赋能新质生产力发展。机制检验发现,技术创新和产业结构优化在数实融合对新质生产力的影响中发挥中介作用。异质性检验发现,数实融合对新质生产力发展的影响呈差异化分布格局,其中经济越发达、对外开放水平越高的地区,数实融合越能推进新质生产力的发展。调节检验结果表明,环境规制正向调节数实融合对新质生产力的影响。研究结论可为数实融合推动新质生产力的发展提供数据支撑和路径参考。 Using panel data from 30 provinces,autonomous regions,and municipalities in China over the years 2012 to 2022,we established an index system to evaluate the integration of the digital and real economies and quantify new-quality productive forces.Then,an empirical study was carried out on how the digital-real economy integration influences new-quality productive forces.The research findings show that the integration of digital and real economies positively empowers the development of new quality productive forces.The mechanism test reveals that technological advancement and the rationalization of industrial configuration play an intermediary role in the impact of the integration of digital and real economies on new quality productive forces.The heterogeneity test shows that the impact of the integration of digital and real economies on the development of new quality productive forces presents a differentiated distribution pattern.Among them,in regions with more developed economies and higher levels of opening up to the outside world,the integration of digital and real economies can better promote the development of new quality productive forces.The results of the moderating test indicate that environmental regulations play a positive moderating role in the impact of the integration of digital and real economies on new quality productive forces.The research results of this paper can provide data support and path references for the integration of digital and real economies to promote the development of new quality productive forces.
