摘要
CELF1是一种多功能RNA结合蛋白,通过调控基因表达,在机体生长和发育中发挥重要作用。CELF1参与mRNA剪接、稳定性和翻译调控,影响细胞增殖、凋亡和周期进程。近年来,CELF1被发现参与多种非肿瘤疾病的进程,如1型强直性肌营养不良、心肌肥大、白内障和2型糖尿病。此外,CELF1在多种癌症中异常表达,如结直肠癌、肝细胞癌、非小细胞肺癌、胶质瘤和乳腺癌,与癌症的发生、发展以及耐药性密切相关。CELF1被视为疾病治疗的潜在靶点,但仍有待进行进一步的深入研究。
CELF1 is a multifunctional RNA-binding protein that plays important roles in growth and development by regulating gene expression.CELF1 is involved in mRNA splicing,stability,and regulation of translation,and affects cell proliferation,apoptosis,and cell-cycle processes.In recent years,CELF1 has been implicated in the progression of several non-neoplastic diseases,such as myotonic dystrophy type 1,cardiac hypertrophy,cataract,and type 2 diabetes.In addition,CELF1 is abnormally expressed in many cancers,such as colorectal cancer,hepatocellular carcinoma,non-small cell lung cancer,glioma,and breast cancer,and is closely associated with deve-lopment and drug resistance of these cancers.CELF1 is a potential target for treating diseases,but further studies are required.
