摘要
随着畜牧业的快速发展,我国在饲料供应领域面临玉米和大豆等常规饲料短缺、自给率低以及部分饲料对外依存度高等问题。非常规饲料原料种类众多、营养成分丰富且价格相对较低,可作为传统饲料资源的有效替代品。鹅在传统上属于草食性家禽,具有耐粗饲、抗逆性强的特点,能有效利用大量的粗纤维。在鹅生产上合理利用非常规饲料原料不仅可以降低饲料成本,还能充分发挥鹅在粗纤维消化方面的天然优势。文章综述了稻米、玉米和木薯加工副产物、榨油副产物、酿酒工业副产物和牧草等非常规饲料的营养特性,并探讨了这些饲料在鹅饲养中的应用及提高非常规饲料原料利用率的方法,旨在为非常规饲料原料在鹅生产中的科学应用提供参考依据。
In China,the rapid growth of the livestock industry has led to challenges in feed supply.Traditional feedstocks,such as corn and soybeans,are in short supply,with low self-sufficiency rates and high dependency on imports.Meanwhile,unconventional feed ingredients characterized by their diversity,nutritional richness,and relatively low cost have emerged as viable alternatives to traditional feed resources.Geese,being herbivorous poultry,are known for their ability to digest roughage and high levels of crude fiber.This makes them well-suited to utilize unconventional feed ingredients effectively.By incorporating these alternative feeds into goose production,feed costs can be reduced while leveraging the natural fiber-digesting capabilities of geese.The nutritional characteristics of various unconventional feeds,including by-products from rice,corn,cassava processing,oil-pressing residues,brewing industry residues and forages,and their applications in goose farming and ways to improve the utilization efficiency of these unconventional feed ingredients were reviewed,which would provide a scientific basis for incorporating unconventional feed ingredients into goose production.
