摘要
当前高校教务管理在信息化进程中面临多重挑战,存在教务管理系统建设适配度低、教务管理制度不健全、教务管理人员信息化素养不足等问题。对此,应借助大数据、人工智能优化管理模式,强化制度制定、执行、监督、评估全流程规范,搭建完善信息化管理系统,推动教育资源共享与个性化培养,通过技术赋能与制度创新,推动高校教务管理向现代化、高效化转型,提升教育信息化水平。
Currently,university academic administration faces multiple challenges in the informatization process,including significant issues in academic management system construction,such as low compatibility,unsound academic management regulations,and insufficient digital literacy among administrative staff.To address these challenges,innovative approaches are proposed:leveraging big data and artificial intelligence to optimize management models;strengthening the standardization of the full process of policy formulation,implementation,supervision,and evaluation to improve management systems;and building comprehensive informatization management systems to promote educational resource sharing and personalized training.Through technological empowerment and institutional innovation,these measures aim to transform university academic administration toward modernization and efficiency,thereby enhancing the overall level of educational informatization.
