摘要
随着全媒体时代的快速发展,信息流动延伸至“地球村”的各个角落,全球化进程加速,国际化人才培养成为高等教育的新挑战。国际创业者暑期学校作为高校育人的国际化平台,为高校创新创业教育带来新的机遇。国际创业者暑期学校GESS作为创新人才培养模式的重要表现形式,充分利用媒介资源,以线上线下联动的方式搭建长效、交互的跨国学生社交网络,共同应对世界发展难题。该模式有效促进学员个人高阶能力的提升,增强学术和文化交流的深入性、有效性和延续性,深入形成良性的影响路径,成为基于国际化创新型人才培养的双创教育发展新模式。
With the rapid advancement of the online media,information dissemination now extends to every corner of the"global village".This environment offers new opportunities for innovation and entrepreneurship education in tertiary institutions through the platform of summer schools.The Global Entrepreneurship Summer School(GESS),as an important channel for innovative talent development,fully leverages media resources and creates a long-term,interactive cross country student social network through the integration of online and offline platforms.This network enables participants to collaboratively address global development challenges while improving their advanced personal capabilities,establishing a positive influence pathway and contributing to the development of a new model for dual-innovation education focused on cultivating innovative talent.
