结荚初期光富集和遮荫对大豆籽粒生长特性的影响

摘要 冠层截获的太阳辐射强度与大豆籽粒生长密切相关。通过对3个品种的大豆群体在结荚初期分别进行光富集和遮荫处理,研究了作物群体光环境变化对大豆籽粒生长特性的影响。结果表明,结荚初期光富集增加了大豆籽粒大小、籽粒体积和籽粒生长速率。光富集显著增加了海339大豆的子叶细胞体积、子叶细胞生长速率和子叶细胞重量,增加比例分别为16.7%、21.5%和16.4%;光富集显著增加了黑农35和垦农18这2个品种大豆的子叶细胞数目,增加比例分别为12.9%和14.3%;结荚初期遮荫显著减少了大豆籽粒大小,延长了有效灌浆时间。遮荫减少了海339、黑农35和垦农18,3个品种大豆的子叶细胞数目,减少比例分别为30.5%、28.2%和29.9%;然而却显著增加了3个品种大豆的子叶细胞体积。光照条件的改变影响了开花后20 d时大豆籽粒中内源激素ABA的水平进而影响了籽粒生长特征和籽粒的最终大小。 The intensity of solar radiation intercepted by the canopy is closely related to the growth of soybean seeds.The ef⁃fects of different light environment on the growth characteristics of soybean seeds were studied by conducting light enrich⁃ment and shading treatments on three soybean populations during the early stages of pod formation.The results showed that light enrichment during the early stage of pod formation increased soybean grain size,grain volume,and grain growth rate.Light enrichment significantly increased the volume,growth rate,and weight of cotyledon cells in Hai339 soybean,with an in⁃crease rate of 16.7%,21.5%and 16.4%,respectively.Light enrichment significantly increased the number of cotyledon cells in two soybean varieties,Heinong35 and Kennong18,by 12.9%and 14.3%,respectively.In the early stage of pod formation,shading significantly reduced the size of soybean seeds and prolonged the effective filling time.Shade reduced the number of cotyledon cells in three soybean varieties,Hai339,Heinong35 and Kennong18,by 30.5%,28.2%and 29.9%,respectively.However,it significantly increased the volume of cotyledon cells in three soybean varieties.The changes in lighting condi⁃tions affect the levels of endogenous hormone ABA in soybean cotyledons 20 days after flowering,which in turn affects grain growth characteristics and final grain size.
