摘要
在社会经济进步与教育理念更新的推动下,我国学前教育开始得到关注,尤其是高职院校学前教育专业的培养目标与社会人才需求契合度问题已经成为教育界热议的话题。学前教育专业《手工制作》这门课程作为学前教育专业学生综合素质培养的重要课程之一,既有利于学前教育专业学生创新能力的培养,又有利于学前教育专业学生职业技能的养成。但目前学前教育专业《手工制作》课程依旧存在不少问题,影响着学前教育专业学生的就业竞争力。所以,亟需进行学前教育专业《手工制作》课程改革。通过对学前教育专业《手工制作》课程的现状进行剖析,研究《手工制作》课程改革的重要意义,结合学前教育专业《手工制作》课程的就业市场需求,进行相关的对策研究。
Driven by socio-economic progress and updated educational concepts,preschool education in China has begun to receive attention,especially the issue of the alignment between the training objectives of preschool education majors in vocational colleges and the demand for social talents has become a hot topic in the education sector.As one of the important courses for the comprehensive quality cultivation of preschool education students,the course of"Handmade Production"is beneficial for the development of innovation ability and vocational skills of preschool education students.However,there are still many problems with the"Handmade"course in the preschool education major,which affects the employment competitiveness of preschool education students.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out the reform of the"Handmade Production"course for preschool education majors.By analyzing the current situation of the"Handmade Production"course in preschool education majors and studying the significance of the reform of the"Handmade Production"course,combined with the employment market demand for the"Handmade Production"course in preschool education majors,relevant countermeasures are studied.
