摘要
文章以西藏那曲索县牧区青年旦增曲扎的十五年基层阅读推广实践为研究对象,探讨其在教育缺失的高原牧区推动全民阅读的路径与成效。通过田野调查与参与式观察,研究发现旦增曲扎从个人觉醒到创办扫盲班、建立西藏首座民间公益图书馆,逐步形成“政府引导+民间首创+公益赋能”的文化扶贫模式。其经验体现为传统文化与现代教育融合、线下深耕与线上拓展协同,为边疆地区文化振兴提供了可复制的样本。研究结论表明,基层阅读推广需结合地域文化特性,通过政企协同与持续创新,激发民众内生动力,最终实现文化自觉与社会进步。
Based on a review of the 15-year grassroots reading promotion practice of Danzeng Quzha,a young herdsman from Sog County,Nagqu,Xizang,this paper explores the pathways and performance of his efforts to encourage a love of reading among the public in educationally underserved,high-altitude pastures.Through a fieldwork and participatory observation,the study illustrates Quzha’s progression from personal awakening to establishing literacy classes and founding Xizang’s first non-governmental public library.Thus,a cultural poverty alleviation model characterized by“government guidance+civil innovation+public welfare empowerment”has emerged.His experience exemplifies the integration of traditional culture with modern education,and the synergy between offline development and online outreach,offering a replicable framework for cultural revitalization in border areas.The study concludes that grassroots reading programs must align with local cultural contexts,and foster endogenous driving forces through government-business collaboration and continuous innovation to promote cultural awareness and social progress.
