摘要
水稻穗部一次枝梗数量(PBN)是影响水稻产量的关键穗部性状。为了挖掘水稻穗部一次枝梗数相关基因,选取来自12个国家的139份粳稻种质资源为材料,在2023—2024年连续两年测定穗部一次枝梗数,结合本实验室前期获得的255501个高质量SNP标记,利用一般线性模型(GLM)与混合线性模型(MLM)进行全基因组关联分析。结果表明,通过两年数据分析,在2个模型中共鉴定到10个共定位的相关QTL位点。进一步对显著QTL位点候选区域内存在的候选基因进行单倍型分析,发现LOC_Os07g23760和LOC_Os11g28000共2个候选基因的不同单倍型在两年种植条件下表型差异显著。
The number of primary branches per panicle(PBN)is a key panicle trait influencing rice(Oryza sativa)yield.To explore associated genes,139 Oryza sativa subsp.japonica Kato.germplasm accessions from 12 countries as experimental materials.The PBN was measured over two consecutive years(2023 and 2024),combined with 255501 high-quality SNP markers previously obtained by our laboratory.Genome-wide association analysis(GWAS)was performed using both the general linear model(GLM)and mixed linear model(MLM).The results showed that through two-year data analysis,10 co-localized QTL loci associated with PBN were identified across both models.Further haplotype analysis of candidate genes within significant QTL regions revealed that different haplotypes of two candidate genes(LOC_Os07g23760 and LOC_Os11g28000)exhibited significant phenotypic differences across both years under cultivation conditions.
