摘要
为深入贯彻山西省第十二次、阳泉市第十三次党代会议精神,认真落实国家、省自然资源和地理信息管理战略部署,根据《测绘法》《基础测绘条例》等法律法规,以“全面深入贯彻落实国家、省工作要求,坚持强本固基、规划引领,以全市自然资源管理、数字政府建设、国民经济建设、生态文明建设等对基础测绘的需求”为根本原则,分析了“十四五”基础测绘发展的基本形势,探讨了阳泉市基础测绘管理工作的发展目标、主要任务和保障措施,为编制此类规划提供了有益借鉴。
In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 12th Party Congress of Shanxi Province and the 13th Party Congress of Yangquan City,and earnestly implement the strategic deployment of national and provincial natural resources and geographic information management,according to the laws and regulations of the Survey and Mapping Law and the Regulations on Basic Surveying and Mapping,based on the fundamental principle of"comprehensively and thoroughly implementing the requirements of national and provincial work,adhering to strengthening the foundation and planning guidance,and meeting the needs of basic surveying and mapping in the management of natural resources,digital government construction,national economic construction,ecological civilization construction,etc.in Yangquan",this paper analyzes the basic situation of the development of basic surveying and mapping in the 14th Five-Year Plan,explores the development goals,main tasks,and guarantee measures of basic surveying and mapping management in Yangquan City,and provides useful reference for the preparation of such plans.
