具备卷曲结构的聚偏二氟乙烯/二氧化钛纤维膜的制备与空气过滤性能

Preparation and Air Filtration Performance of Coiled Polyvinylidene Fluoride/TiO_(2) Fiber Membrane

摘要 文中通过静电纺丝技术制备了不同纳米二氧化钛(TiO_(2))颗粒掺入量的卷曲结构聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)/TiO_(2)纳米纤维膜,探讨了其在空气过滤中的应用性能。通过调整纺丝过程中的相对湿度,成功制得了具有三维卷曲外观的纳米纤维。还探讨了TiO_(2)颗粒加入量对纤维膜微观结构、静电特性及其过滤性能的影响。研究发现,适当增加纳米TiO_(2)的比例能够有效增强纤维膜的静电吸附能力,特别是在过滤直径为0.3μm的氯化钠气溶胶颗粒方面,显示出了卓越的拦截能力。掺入0.5%的纳米二氧化钛驻极增强剂时,卷曲结构PVDF/TiO_(2)纤维膜的纤维均匀,过滤效率最高达到99.995%,阻力压降为49.83 Pa,品质因子0.096。提升纤维膜克重后,过滤效率提升到国家标准KN100级别,高湿度环境中模拟实际使用8 h后,过滤效率仍能达到99.918%的水平,压阻约为60 Pa,对纤维膜进行长时间(30 d)过滤效率检测,过滤效率完全满足99.5%以上的水平。为设计和制备高效、低阻力的空气过滤材料提供了重要的理论依据和实践指导。 In this study,curly-structured polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)/TiO_(2) nanofiber membranes with different doping amounts of titanium dioxide(TiO_(2))nanoparticles were prepared by electrostatic spinning and their performance in air filtration was investigated.By adjusting the relative humidity during the spinning process,nanofibers with a three-dimensional curled appearance were successfully produced.The effects of TiO_(2) particle incorporation on the microstructure,electrostatic properties,and filtration effect on airborne particles of the fiber membranes also were explored.It is found that an appropriate increase in the proportion of TiO_(2) nanoparticles could effectively enhance the electrostatic adsorption capacity of the fiber membrane,especially in filtering the aerosol particles of sodium chloride with a diameter of 0.3μm,which show excellent interception ability.When doped with 0.5%of nanometer titanium dioxide electret enhancer,the fibers of the curled structure PVDF/TiO_(2) fiber membrane are uniform,the filtration efficiency reaches up to 99.995%,the resistance pressure drop is 49.83 Pa,and the quality factor is 0.096.After enhancing the grammage of the fiber membrane,the filtration efficiency is enhanced to the national standard KN100 level,and after simulating actual use in a high humidity environment for 8 h,the filtration efficiency can still reach the level of about 99.918%,while the pressure drop is about 60 Pa.The filtration efficiency of the fiber membrane was tested for a long period of time(30 d),and the filtration efficiency fully meets the level of over 99.5%.This study provides an important theoretical basis and practical guidance for the design and preparation of air filtration materials with high efficiency and low resistance.
