摘要
为满足某机载设备超大视场红外成像需求,设计了工作波段3μm~5μm,97°×97°超广角、低畸变大相对孔径红外光学系统。采用二次成像结构形式减小后组透镜直径,在光学被动式无热化设计基础上利用结构件材料线膨胀系数补偿剩余热差,实现了全温度范围的无热化设计,采用“非相似”成像技术校正畸变。设计结果表明,系统在典型空间频率33 lp/mm处,全视场调制传递函数(MTF)值均优于0.4,接近衍射极限,成像质量良好,最大畸变量小于0.6%,满足设计指标要求。
To meet the imaging demands of an airborne equipment with an ultra-wide field of view,a wide-angle,lowdistortion,large relative aperture infrared optical system operating in the wavelength range of 3μm to 5μm,and a field of view of 97°×97° is designed.A reimaging structure is adopted to reduce the diameter of the rear lens group,and on the basis of passive athermal design,the thermal expansion coefficient of the structural material is utilized to compensate for the residual thermal difference,achieving an athermal design over the entire temperature range.Distortion correction is achieved using"non-similar"imaging technology.The design results show that the system's modulation transfer function(MTF)values are all above 0.4 at a typical spatial frequency of 33lp/mm,approaching the dffraction limit.The imaging quality is fine,with a maximum distortion of less than 0.6%,meeting the design demands.
