摘要
目的讨论手术对于患者股骨头临床治疗疗效所产生的具体影响,分析植骨术工真正医疗实践价值作用,主要对Harris评分、VAS评分的影响。方法思考分析我院从2021年4月到2023年4月两年间所收治的所有股骨头坏死病症患者75例,这些患者需要结合相关治疗方法展开分析,并且分为观察组38例和对照组37例,我院会记录两组患者的治疗前后数据指标,结果如Harris评分指标、VAS评分指标及治疗后1个月的临床总有效率。患者的Harris指标进行对比,其中观察组的Harris指标明显高于对照组,但是VAS评分指标低于对照组;同组间治疗后Harris评分较治疗前升高,如上文所述,VAS评分治疗后有所降低,需要加以注意,差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(94.7%vs 78.4%,P<0.05)。结论需要针对该类疾病患者进行深入分析了解患者综合治疗情况,确保患者治疗有效到位。
Objective To discuss the specific impact of surgery on the clinical treatment efficacy of patients'femoral heads,analyze the true medical practice value of bone grafting surgery,and mainly affect Harris score and VAS score.Methods Analyze 75 patients with femoral head necrosis admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to April 2023.These patients need to be analyzed in combination with relevant treatment methods and divided into an observation group of 38 patients and a control group of 37 patients.Our hospital will record the data indicators of the two groups before and after treatment,such as Harris score indicators,VAS score indicators,and the total clinical effective rate at one month after treatment.Results The Harris index of patients was compared,and the Harris index of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,but the VAS score index was lower than that of the control group;after treatment within the same group,Harris scores increased compared to before treatment,as mentioned earlier.VAS scores decreased after treatment and should be noted that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(94.7%vs 78.4%,P<0.05).Conclusion It is necessary to conduct in-depth analysis and understanding of the comprehensive treatment situation of patients with this type of disease to ensure effective treatment.
