摘要
在新时代背景下,加强公立医院基层党支部的规范化建设对于提升医院整体管理水平和服务质量具有深远意义。针对党支部规范化建设中存在的问题,台州恩泽医疗中心引入积分管理体系,围绕患者、安全与质量、学习与成长、财务四个维度,构建了包括党支部堡垒指数和党员先锋指数等在内的多维度量化指标。通过明确各指标的目标值、权重,建立健全考评和激励机制,有效促进了党建与业务的深度融合,提升了党支部工作的针对性和实效性,激发了党支部和党员的积极性和创造力,为公立医院党支部规范化建设提供了切实可行的操作路径。
In the context of the new era,strengthening the standardized construction of grassroots Party branches in public hospitals holds profound significance for improving the overall management level and service quality of hospitals.To address the problems in the standardized construction of Party branches,Taizhou Enze Medical Center introduced a points-based management system.Centering on four dimensions—patients,safety and quality,learning and growth,and finance—the system established multi-dimensional quantitative indicators,including the Party Branch Fortress Index and the Party Member Pioneer Index.By defining target values and weights for each indicator,as well as improving evaluation and incentive mechanisms,the system effectively promoted the deep integration of Party building and operational work.It enhanced the relevance and effectiveness of Party branch work,stimulated the enthusiasm and creativity of Party branches and members,and provided a practical operational approach for the standardized construction of Party branches in public hospitals.
