                    目的:探究康复机器人联合常规运动康复训练对脑卒中患者术后恢复的影响。方法:选取2024年1月-2024年6月西安交通大学第一附属医院收治的80例脑卒中患者,按随机数字表法将所有患者分为研究组(n=40,康复机器人联合常规运动康复训练)和对照组(n=40,常规运动康复训练)。比较两组患者训练前后的Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)评分、改良Ashworth分级评定量表(MAS)级别、Barthel指数(BI)评分、Brunnstrom评定量表级别及肌电变化的均方根(RMS)值。结果:与训练前相比,训练后两组患者手部和手臂的FMA评分均升高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,训练后研究组的各项评分更高(P<0.05)。与训练前相比,训练后两组BI评分升高,MAS评级下降(P<0.05);与对照组相比,训练后研究组的BI评分更高(P<0.05)。与训练前相比,训练后两组手臂和手部Brunnstrom评级升高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,训练后研究组手臂评级更高(P<0.05)。与训练前相比,训练后两组肱二头肌、肱三头肌、三角肌前束及三角肌中束RMS值均升高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,训练后研究组肱三头肌和三角肌中束的RMS值更高(P<0.05)。结论:康复机器人联合常规运动康复训练有利于促进患者上肢运动功能的恢复,提高患者生活质量。
                
                Objective:To investigate the impact of rehabilitation robot combined with conventional motor rehabilitation training on postoperative recovery in stroke patients.Methods:80 stroke patients who were treated at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University from January 2024 to June 2024 were selected.They were divided into the study group(n=40,receiving rehabilitation robot combined with conventional motor rehabilitation training)and the control group(n=40,receiving conventional motor rehabilitation training)using a random number table.The Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)scores for hand and arm,Modified Ashworth Scale(MAS)grades,Barthel Index(BI)scores,Brunnstrom Assessment stages,and root mean square(RMS)values of electromyographic changes were compared between the two groups before and after training.Results:Compared with that before training,FMA scores for both hand and arm significantly increased after training in both groups(P<0.05),and study group showed significantly higher scores in all items compared to the control group after training(P<0.05).Compared with that before training,BI scores increased and MAS grades decreased in both groups after training(P<0.05),and the study group showed higher BI scores(P<0.05).After training,Brunnstrom Assessment stages for arm and hand were increased in both group compared to that before training(P<0.05),while the study group had a significantly higher arm stage than the control group after training(P<0.05).Compared with that before training,RMS values for biceps brachii,triceps brachii,anterior deltoid,and middle deltoid muscles significantly increased in both groups after training(P<0.05),while the study group had significantly higher RMS values for triceps brachii and middle deltoid than the control group after training(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation robot combined with conventional motor rehabilitation training contribute to the recovery of upper limb motor function and improve the quality of life in patients.
