摘要
结肠炎是常发生于青壮年的慢性特异性炎症性病变,发病机制复杂。氧化苦参碱可通过减轻炎症反应、激活自噬通路、抑制铁死亡、调节肠道菌群结构、促进新生血管形成、保护肠道黏膜屏障功能发挥治疗结肠炎的作用。总结了氧化苦参碱治疗结肠炎的药理作用研究进展,为氧化苦参碱的临床应用提供参考。
Colitis is a chronic,specific inflammatory disease that often occurs in young adults,with a complex pathogenesis.Oxymatrine can treat colitis by reducing inflammation,activating autophagy pathways,inhibiting ferroptosis,regulating intestinal microbiota structure,promoting neovascularization,and protecting intestinal mucosal barrier function.This article summarizes the pharmacological research progress of oxymatrine in treatment of colitis,providing reference for the clinical application of oxymatrine.
