摘要
随着教学改革的深入,成果导向教育(Outcome-based education,OBE)理念逐渐成为高等教育改革的重要方向。探讨了基于OBE理念的“食品化学”课程教学改革与实践,通过明确课程目标、优化教学内容、创新教学方法及改进考核方式等措施,提升学生的综合素质与创新能力。详细分析了当前“食品化学”课程的教学现状,提出了针对性的改革建议,并通过具体实践案例验证了改革效果。
As the reform of education and teaching deepens,the concept of Outcome-Based Education(OBE)has gradually become an important direction for higher education reform.This article discussed the teaching reform and practice of the Food Chemistry course based on the OBE concept.By clarifying course objectives,optimizing teaching content,innovating teaching methods,and improving assessment methods,the aim was to enhance students'comprehensive quality and innovative ability.The article analyzed in detail the current teaching situation of the Food Chemistry course,proposed targeted reform suggestions,and verified the effectiveness of the reform through specific practical cases.
