摘要
通过大尺寸实验平台,对比分析液化天然气(LNG)泄漏液池形成过程中和液池完全形成后应用高倍泡沫的控害效果差异,系统研究不同泡沫应用时机对液池蒸发和蒸气扩散的影响。结果表明:液池稳定后应用泡沫的控害效果显著优于液池形成过程中应用泡沫,甲烷蒸气最远扩散距离由25 m降至15 m,危险区域面积由200 m^(2)缩减至100 m^(2)。研究证实,在液池动态积累阶段应用泡沫会导致覆盖效果不佳,建议待液池稳定后再实施泡沫覆盖以获得最佳安全效果。
A large-scale experimental platform was employed to comparatively analyze the hazard control effectiveness of foam application during two distinct phases:liquefied natural gas(LNG)leakage pool formation and after complete pool formation.This study systematically examined the impact of different foam application timings on pool evaporation and vapor dispersion.The results demonstrated that foam application after pool stabilization achieved significantly better hazard control than during the formation of the leakage pool.Specifically,the maximum dispersion distance of flammable vapor was reduced from 25 m to 15 m,and the hazardous area decreased from 200 m^(2)to 100 m^(2).The study confirms that foam application during the dynamic pool accumulation phase leads to suboptimal coverage effectiveness and recommends implementing foam coverage only after the liquid pool has stabilized to achieve optimal safety outcomes.
