新型不锈钢SP2215焊接工艺试验研究

摘要 针对面向未来650℃超超临界电站锅炉机组的新型不锈钢SP2215开展焊接性能试验研究。通过常温性能试验、高温短时及高温持久性能试验确定不锈钢焊丝CTS-A25(20Cr-25Ni)的性能。结果表明:不锈钢焊丝CTS-A25(20Cr-25Ni)满足SP2215焊接接头使用要求。推荐经过优化的不锈钢焊丝CTS-A25作为SP2215小口径钢管焊接的备选焊接材料。 Experimental research was conducted on the weldability of the novel stainless steel SP2215,intended for future-oriented 650℃ultra-supercritical power plant boiler units.Performance tests including room-temperature tests,short-term elevated temperature tests,and high-temperature creep rupture tests were performed to evaluate the properties of the stainless steel welding wire CTS-A25(20Cr-25Ni).The results indicate that the stainless steel welding wire CTS-A25(20Cr-25Ni)meets the service requirements for SP2215 welded joints.The optimized stainless steel welding wire CTS-A25 is recommended as a candidate welding material for welding SP2215 small-bore piping.
