摘要
探讨肠内营养治疗在ICU重症胰腺炎患者中的临床应用价值。选取2023年2月—2024年2月贵阳市乌当区人民医院收治的70例ICU重症胰腺炎患者,采用随机分组法分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。观察组实施肠内营养治疗,对照组实施肠外营养治疗。比较两组治疗效果、肠功能恢复时间、排气时间及前白蛋白和转铁蛋白水平。结果显示,观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的肠功能恢复时间和排气时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组前白蛋白和转铁蛋白水平均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,肠内营养治疗可有效改善ICU重症胰腺炎患者的营养状态,促进肠功能恢复,具有显著的临床疗效,值得推广应用。
To explore the clinical application value of enteral nutrition therapy in ICU patients with severe pancreatitis.A total of 70 ICU patients with severe pancreatitis admitted to The People's Hospital of Wudang District from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 35 cases in each group.The observation group received enteral nutrition therapy,while the control group received parenteral nutrition therapy.The therapeutic effect,intestinal function recovery time,exhaust time,and levels of prealbumin and transferrin were compared between the two groups.The results showed that the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the intestinal function recovery time and exhaust time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of prealbumin and transferrin in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The study found that enteral nutrition therapy can effectively improve the nutritional status of ICU patients with severe pancreatitis,promote the recovery of intestinal function,and has significant clinical efficacy,which is worthy of popularization and application.
