摘要
探讨基于“治未病”思想的中医外治疗法在糖尿病高危足患者中的应用效果。选取2021年2月—2023年10月常州市武进中医医院内分泌科收治的76例糖尿病高危足患者,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。对照组给予营养神经和改善微循环治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合中医外治疗法。比较两组的足部神经功能、神经传导速度及不良反应发生率。结果显示,观察组治疗后的症状、反射和感觉检测评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的胫神经和腓总神经传导速度显著快于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。研究发现,基于“治未病”思想的中医外治疗法可有效改善糖尿病高危足患者的足部神经功能,提高神经传导速度,且安全性良好,具有临床应用价值。
This study aims to explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)external therapy based on the"preventive treatment of disease"thought in patients with diabetic high-risk foot.A total of 76 patients with diabetic highrisk foot admitted to the Department of Endocrinology of Wujin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to October 2023 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by a random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given treatment to nourish nerves and improve microcirculation,while the observation group was combined with TCM external therapy on the basis of the control group's treatment.The foot nerve function,nerve conduction velocity,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.The results showed that after treatment,the scores of symptoms,reflexes,and sensory tests in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the conduction velocities of the tibial nerve and common peroneal nerve in the observation group after treatment were significantly faster than those in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The study concludes that TCM external therapy based on the"preventive treatment of disease"thought can effectively improve the foot nerve function of patients with diabetic high-risk foot,increase nerve conduction velocity,and has good safety,thus having clinical application value.
