摘要
为研究利用工业淬火油余热进行发电的可行性,选取铸件行业的淬火油场景,搭建有机朗肯循环(ORC)余热发电系统,明确项目的运行参数、固定投入、生产运行成本、发电量与收入,并对其经济性进行分析,包括建设投入与运营分析、净现值分析、动态投资回收期分析、电价的影响分析、系统运转率的影响分析。结果表明,在固定投入方面,土建投入与安装投入共占11.06%,占比较低,体现了撬装式ORC机组的低安装成本优势;在运营维护方面,该机组年维护费占0.80%,体现了标准化机组低维护费用的优势;在投资回报方面,净现值为54.73万元,动态投资回收期为5.30 a,具有一定的投资价值;可接受的最低电价为0.37元/kWh,可接受的系统运转率为52.6%。该研究表明利用ORC对淬火油余热利用进行发电,可以实现企业的节能增效,并产生正向发电收益,从而提升企业竞争力。
To study the feasibility of generating electricity using the waste heat of industrial quenching oil,the quenching oil scenario in the casting industry is selected,and an organic Rankine cycle(ORC)waste heat power generation system is built.The operating parameters,fixed investment,production and operation costs,power generation and income of the project are clarified,and its economy is analyzed.This includes analysis of construction investment and operation,net present value analysis,dynamic investment payback period analysis,impact analysis of electricity price,and impact analysis of system operation rate.The results show that in terms of fixed investment,the combined investment in civil construction and installation accounts for 11.06%,which is relatively low,reflecting the advantage of low installation cost of skid-mounted ORC units.In terms of operation and maintenance,the annual maintenance cost of this unit accounts for 0.80%,reflecting the advantage of low maintenance cost of standardized units.In terms of investment return,the net present value is 547300 yuan,and the dynamic investment payback period is 5.30 a,which has certain investment value.The acceptable minimum electricity price is 0.37 yuan/kWh,and the acceptable system operation rate is 52.6%.This study shows that utilizing ORC to generate electricity from the waste heat of quenching oil can achieve energy-saving and efficiency improvement for enterprises,and generate positive power generation benefits,thereby enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.
