摘要
人造板广泛应用于各个领域,但吸湿膨胀的问题成为实际应用中的重要缺陷。以木质刨花板为基材,采用SiO2-TiO2@PDMS预聚体对其表面性能进行调控,以水接触角和尺寸稳定性作为衡量指标进行定量评估,结果表明制备的超疏水刨花板接触角(WCA)达152.4°,改性后刨花板吸水厚度膨胀率和24 h吸水率较素材的降幅分别为60.1%和24.3%,水分渗透得到有效抑制。在尺寸稳定性测试中,超疏水刨花板的长度变化值和厚度变化值较刨花板素材分别下降了25%和31.25%,表现出在湿度变化环境中的抗湿胀变形能力。这对提高人造板的综合使用性能及其附加值,促进其长效应用具有重要意义。
Man-made board is widely used in various fields,but its susceptibility to hygroscopic swelling remains a significant limitation in practical applications.Using wood particleboard as the substrate,this study employs a SiO₂–TiO₂@PDMS prepolymer to modify its surface properties,with water contact angle(WCA)and dimensional stability serving as quantitative evaluation indices.The prepared superhydrophobic particleboard achieved a WCA of 152.4°,and its thickness swelling rate after water absorption and 24 h water absorption rate were reduced by 60.1%and 24.3%,respectively,compared with the unmodified board,effectively inhibiting moisture penetration.Dimensional stability testing showed that the length and thickness variations of the superhydrophobic particleboard decreased by 25%and 31.25%,respectively,relative to the unmodified board,demonstrating enhanced resistance to humidity-induced swelling and deformation.These improvements have important implications for enhancing the overall performance and added value of particleboard,thereby promoting its long-term applications.
