摘要
公路工程EPC建设模式作为我国工程建设项目组织实施方式深化改革的重要举措,对提高工程建设管理水平、节约资源、控制工程造价、规范建筑市场秩序起到了重要作用。随着越来越多EPC模式项目的实施,暴露出了设计工作组织、管理、质量方面存在的诸多问题。本文结合陕西省近10年10个公路工程EPC项目的实践经验,分析了公路工程EPC项目设计工作的主要内容、现状与存在的问题,提出了EPC模式下做好设计工作的思路和建议,可为类似项目提供借鉴参考。
The EPC construction mode of highway engineering,as an important measure for deepening the re⁃form of the organization and implementation of engineering construction projects in China,has played an impor⁃tant role in improving the level of engineering construction management,saving resources,controlling engineer⁃ing costs,and regulating the order of the construction market.With the implementation of more and more EPC mode projects,many problems in the organization,management,and quality of design work have been ex⁃posed.Based on the practical experience of 10 highway engineering EPC projects in Shaanxi Province in the past decade,this article analyzes the main content,current situation,and existing problems of highway engineering EPC project design work,and proposes ideas and suggestions for doing a good job in design work under the EPC mode,which can provide reference for similar projects.
