摘要
本文以道路工程施工中的质量监控与检测为研究对象,首先梳理了国内外质量监控现状,明确了其发展趋势。然后深入探讨了道路工程施工质量监控体系,涵盖了标准规范与监控流程,同时介绍了现场监控的技术工具及数据处理分析方法。在检测技术方面,详细阐述了常规检测技术(如压实度与平整度检测方法)以及先进检测技术(如无损检测和智能传感技术),并强调了检测数据处理与应用在质量控制中的关键作用。分析表明,新兴技术虽有优势,但存在成本高、操作要求高等问题。研究成果可为道路工程质量保障提供技术支撑,可提升道路工程质量管理水平。
This paper takes the quality monitoring and detection in road engineering construction as the research object.First,the status quo of quality control at home and abroad is sorted out to clarify its development trend.Discuss the quality monitoring system,covering standard specifications and monitoring process,and introduce the technical tools of on-site monitoring and data processing analysis.In terms of detection technology,conven-tional detection technologies such as compactness and flatness detection methods,as well as advanced detection technologies such as nondestructive testing and intelligent sensing technology,are elaborated in detail,and the key role of detection data processing and application in quality control is emphasized.Although emerging tech-nologies have advantages,they have high cost and high operational requirements.The research results provide technical support for the quality assurance of road engineering and help improve the quality management level.
