水利工程环氧树脂防腐涂层研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 环氧树脂因其优异的黏结性能、机械强度和耐化学腐蚀性能,被广泛应用于水利工程的防腐涂层中。然而,随着水利工程环境的日益复杂,环氧树脂涂层在长期稳定性、施工工艺、环保性能及极端环境适应性等方面仍面临诸多挑战。该文分析了环氧树脂防腐涂层的组成与特性,在此基础上总结了几种常见防腐涂层的研究动向,并针对存在的不足提出了未来的研究方向,主要包括增强涂层耐久性、改进施工工艺、开发低VOC涂层材料以及提升涂层在极端环境中的抗腐蚀性能。通过不断的技术创新和优化,环氧树脂防腐涂层将在未来的水利工程中发挥更为重要的作用。 Epoxy resin is widely used in anti-corrosion coatings for water conservancy projects due to its excellent bonding properties,mechanical strength,and chemical corrosion resistance.However,with the increasingly complex environment of water conservancy engineering,epoxy resin coatings still face many challenges in terms of long-term stability,construction technology,environmental performance,and extreme environmental adaptability.This article analyzes the composition and characteristics of epoxy resin anti-corrosion coatings,summarizes the research trends of several common anti-corrosion coatings,and proposes future research directions for the existing shortcomings,mainly including enhancing the durability of coatings,improving construction processes,developing low VOC coating materials,and improving the corrosion resistance of coatings in extreme environments.Through continuous technological innovation and optimization,epoxy resin anti-corrosion coatings will play a more important role in future water conservancy projects.
