摘要
目的评价生物制剂在风湿免疫病治疗中的疗效及安全性。方法选取2022年1月—2024年8月清远市人民医院收治的60例风湿免疫病患者,按照不同治疗方案分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组应用生物制剂治疗,对照组采取常规治疗方案。比较两组临床疗效、症状积分、细胞免疫功能及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,观察组的临床总有效率、CD3+水平高于对照组,症状积分、CD4+、CD19+、自然杀伤(NK)细胞水平及不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论生物制剂应用于风湿免疫病治疗中,可提升临床疗效与安全性,缓解症状,调节细胞免疫功能,具有良好的应用价值。
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of biological agents in the treatment of rheumatic immune diseases.Methods A total of 60 patients with rheumatic immune diseases admitted to Qingyuan People's Hospital from January 2022 to August 2024 were selected,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to different treatment plans,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with biological agents,while the control group received conventional treatment.The clinical efficacy,symptom scores,cellular immune function,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the clinical total effective rate,CD3+level of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the symptom scores,CD4+,CD19+and natural killer(NK)cell levels,the total incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of biological agents in the treatment of rheumatic immune diseases can improve clinical efficacy and safety,alleviate symptoms,and regulate cellular immune function,it is worthy of wide application.
