摘要
目的分析内侧副韧带再附着技术对全膝关节表面置换术(TKA)后早期疗效的影响。方法选取2024年1—6月淄博市中医医院收治的120例行TKA患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组采用常规手术处理,观察组术中采用内侧副韧带再附着技术。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、术后疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、膝关节功能美国特种外科医院(HSS)评分以及自制满意度量表评分。结果两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1、3、6个月,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,HSS评分高于对照组(P<0.05);随访6个月,全部患者手术顺利,无切口感染、皮肤坏死或神经血管损伤等并发症;观察组自制满意度量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论内侧副韧带再附着技术可减轻TKA术后早期疼痛,促进膝关节功能恢复,提高患者的治疗满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of medial collateral ligament reattachment technique on early efficacy after total knee arthroplasty(TKA).Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent TKA in Zibo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to June 2024 were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 60 patients in each group.The control group received conventional surgical treatment,while the observation group underwent medial collateral ligament reattachment during the operation.The surgical time,intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay,postoperative pain Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,knee joint function Hospital for Special Surgery(HSS)score,and self-made satisfaction scale score of the two groups were compared.Results There were no statistically significant differences in surgical time,intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05);1,3,6 months after operation,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the HSS score was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);after 6 months of follow-up,all patients had successful surgeries without incision infection,skin necrosis,or nerve and vascular injuries;the self-made satisfaction scale score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions The medial collateral ligament reattachment technique can alleviate early postoperative pain after TKA,promote the early recovery of knee joint function,and improve patient treatment satisfaction.
